Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional check-in/check-out services to hotel guests
- Manage reservations and room assignments using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality protocols
- Support safety and emergency procedures as per hotel guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- 0-2 years of customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software
