Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems and modify bookings as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Monitor security and safety protocols during assigned shifts
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving company vehicles)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
