Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Ensure guest rooms and suites are immaculate, tidy, and welcoming according to our high standards.
- Sanitation & Safety: Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, including proper chemical handling and waste disposal.
- Bed Making & Laundry: Change linens, fluff pillows, and ensure all laundry is folded and stored correctly.
- Amenities & Supplies: Restock mini-bars, toiletries, and coffee stations to meet guest expectations.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the management team promptly.
- Common Areas: Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, restrooms, and hallways.
- Time Management: Efficiently complete assigned rooms within the scheduled shift time.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates and provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dust, spills, and organizing items.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record.
- Communication: Basic English skills to interact with supervisors and guests.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other housekeeping staff.
