Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to strict hotel standards.
- Make beds and change linens according to our premium quality assurance protocols.
- Empty trash cans, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets thoroughly.
- Restock guest supplies, such as toiletries, soap, and coffee.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure guest privacy and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in hallways.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations set by the hotel and health department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
