Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, assisting with reservations and inquiries.
- Resolve guest complaints and requests with patience and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage the front desk cash drawer and ensure all financial transactions are accurate.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining lobby cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light luggage.
