Responsibilities
- Execute thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest suites, hallways, and common areas to strict company standards.
- Make beds with precision, ensuring linens are crisp and amenities are fully stocked and organized.
- Dust furniture, wipe down surfaces, and polish fixtures to maintain a flawless, high-end appearance.
- Perform laundry and linen changes efficiently, ensuring proper sorting and storage.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners, ensuring waste is disposed of properly.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team immediately for prompt resolution.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and high level of customer service at all times, interacting courteously with residents and guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable attendance record and a commitment to punctuality.
