Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and common areas to exceed hygiene standards
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly organized
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly to engineering team
- Coordinate with front desk for room readiness status and special requests
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submit purchase requisitions
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Train new staff on hotel cleaning procedures and quality benchmarks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic English communication skills
- Clean background check and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of EPA-approved cleaning chemicals preferred
