Responsibilities
- Efficiently process guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Greet all guests with a warm, professional smile and handle inquiries regarding local dining, attractions, and amenities.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the front desk cash drawer accurately, ensuring daily balancing and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on guest service.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and flexible shifts, including early mornings and evenings.
- High school diploma or GED required.
