Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish bathroom amenities to ensure maximum guest comfort.
- Maintain and organize cleaning carts and equipment efficiently throughout the shift.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all hotel safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols strictly.
- Fold and store laundry items according to strict quality standards.
- Interact with guests in a polite, professional, and welcoming manner.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not always required for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and a personal commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a friendly demeanor.
