- Communication: Answer incoming calls, manage voicemails, and respond to guest inquiries via email or in-person with a solution-oriented approach.
- Administrative Support: Process payments, maintain accurate guest files, and handle cash reconciliation.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints immediately and escalate complex issues to the manager.
- Front of House Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Qualifications
