Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Restock amenities and linens in guest rooms efficiently and accurately.
- Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure a seamless stay experience.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations strictly.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged property to management immediately.
- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude and a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
