Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring quality standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen

- Conduct room inspections to meet brand specifications
- Coordinate deep cleaning projects and special event setups
- Maintain accurate records of staff performance and supplies
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel housekeeping experience with supervisory role
- Knowledge of OSHA sanitation standards and safety protocols
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Proficient in housekeeping management software
