Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations for 50+ guest rooms and common areas
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on sanitation protocols and efficiency standards
- Conduct quality inspections to exceed AAA/Forbes 5-star criteria
- Manage inventory control for linens, supplies, and amenities
- Coordinate with maintenance and front desk for seamless guest experiences
- Implement sustainable practices to reduce waste and resource consumption
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel housekeeping experience with leadership role
- Valid North Carolina Food Handler's/Sanitation certification
- Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch)
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
