Your Key Responsibilities
As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for every guest. Your duties will include:

- Guest Services: Provide warm, welcoming greetings and efficiently check-in/out guests while managing reservations and requests.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Operations: Maintain accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS) and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Security: Adhere to safety protocols, monitor lobby areas, and ensure the security of guest property and the hotel premises.
- Communication: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant teams to ensure guest needs are met during their stay.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly, approachable personality.
- Availability: Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
