Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-10 housekeeping staff, scheduling shifts and conducting daily briefings
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to meet brand cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
- Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Coordinate deep cleaning projects and seasonal maintenance tasks
- Handle guest requests and special cleaning requirements promptly
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and hotel safety regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel housekeeping supervisory experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in housekeeping management software
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
