Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage incoming calls and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and public areas.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and reconcile daily sales accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Assist with event coordination and conference room setups as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hotel or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hotel management software is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
