Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping operations for 30+ guest rooms and public areas
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on service standards and safety protocols
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest services
- Inventory and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
- Implement sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hotel housekeeping leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and housekeeping procedures
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 pounds
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Spanish fluency highly preferred
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
