Responsibilities
- Supervise and train daily housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain strict cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens to minimize waste and control costs.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests regarding cleanliness promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate with the Front Desk and Engineering departments to facilitate maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid California driver's license is a plus.
