Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping operations including room assignments, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on sanitation protocols, safety standards, and efficiency techniques
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms meet brand standards and guest expectations
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest service delivery
- Manage linen inventory and supply ordering within budget constraints
- Address guest concerns promptly and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and health department regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience in a hotel or high-end hospitality setting
- Proven leadership ability with staff management experience
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and industry standards
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- Must pass background check and drug screening
