Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Stock amenities and supplies according to hotel standards
- Manage linen inventory and laundry operations
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Provide exceptional guest service during room interactions
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Clean background check and drug screen
