Responsibilities
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff (15-20 team members)
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Coordinate deep cleaning projects and maintenance requests
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Handle guest requests and special cleaning requirements
- Prepare daily work schedules and assign duties
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel housekeeping experience required
- 1+ years supervisory/leadership experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Flexible schedule availability (nights/weekends)
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Proficient in housekeeping management software
