Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 5-8 housekeeping staff daily
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to exceed cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Train new hires on proper sanitation protocols
- Coordinate deep cleaning projects and special event setups
- Resolve guest room maintenance requests promptly
- Submit payroll and performance reports weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel housekeeping supervisory experience
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
