- Manage daily housekeeping operations for 50+ guest rooms and common areas
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleanliness protocols and efficiency
- Conduct quality inspections and address guest feedback promptly
- Coordinate with maintenance and front desk teams for seamless operations
- Inventory control for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Schedule staff assignments to optimize productivity
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and hotel safety standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel housekeeping management experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for supply runs)
