Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Coordinate with marketing team to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen with budget management expertise
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid California Food Handler certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
