Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces to exceed industry standards
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities while maintaining organized storage areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests for room refreshes or special accommodations
- Follow safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists before guest arrivals
- Adhere to hotel sustainability initiatives in daily operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Positive attitude with commitment to exceptional service
- Must pass background check and drug screening
