Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system while maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Manage the front desk operations during assigned shifts, including answering phones and managing correspondence.
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for arrival.
- Process payments and prepare accurate daily reports at the end of shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate for immediate hire.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new software systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of luggage or supplies.
- A valid driverβs license is a plus.
