Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Handle reservations and modify bookings using Opera PMS
- Respond to guest inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Process payments and manage billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
- Maintain accurate guest records and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid New York State Food Handler's Certificate preferred
- Basic knowledge of NYC tourism attractions and services
- Fluent English; Spanish/Chinese a plus
- Ability to lift 15 lbs occasionally
