Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain inventory control
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to brand standards and sustainability protocols
- Collaborate with team members for seamless room turnovers
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Participate in deep-cycling projects and seasonal deep cleans
Qualifications
- 1+ years of housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early shifts
- Basic English communication skills
