- Housekeeping Standards: Maintain pristine conditions of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with brand standards.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and resolve guest inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
- Team Collaboration: Assist fellow staff members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
