Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, anticipating needs and resolving inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and luggage handling.
- Perform daily maintenance tasks, restock amenities, and report facility issues promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
