Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned areas, including guest rooms and public spaces.
- Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown for banquets and conferences.
- Process reservations and check-ins efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with poise and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 30 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
