Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness standards in public areas and the lobby.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to coordinate special requests and room preparation.
- Accurately process payments and handle financial transactions using the hotel management system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a professional appearance.
- Valid driver's license may be required for local errands.
