Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all public areas and guest rooms.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and train hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, emergency procedures, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and hotel management software.
