Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments during assigned shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards of guest rooms and common areas
- Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Perform safety checks and emergency protocols as per hotel standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to all company policies and local health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for property transport)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
