Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across multiple hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly according to brand standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for shift activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system familiarity
- Nevada gaming license or willingness to obtain (if applicable)
