Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or banquet support)
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest inquiries efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness standards in guest rooms or public areas per brand guidelines
- Coordinate with team members for seamless shift transitions and task coverage
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns immediately
- Adhere to all hotel policies and state regulations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Minnesota work permit if applicable
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Reliable transportation to downtown Minneapolis location
