Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures with a smile.
- Guest Relations: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle phone calls, manage reservations, and process payments accurately using our property management system.
- Maintain Standards: Keep the front desk, lobby, and public areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support Operations: Assist with housekeeping coordination, luggage handling, and other general hotel tasks as required by management.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record.
