Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Maintain pristine room standards and public area cleanliness
- Handle reservation systems and billing operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Adhere to safety protocols and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Valid California Food Handler Card (if assigned F&B)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
