Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using resort software
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas to resort standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and brand protocols
- Support resort events and special guest requests
Qualifications
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Valid Arizona driver's license if driving required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
