Responsibilities
- Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Ensure guest rooms are immaculate, tidy, and well-stocked with amenities.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with front desk operations, including answering phones and managing reservations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional appearance at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
