Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping roles
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain pristine room standards and public areas exceeding brand expectations
- Coordinate with maintenance and dining teams for seamless operations
- Utilize PMS systems for reservation management and reporting
- Train new hires on hospitality protocols and safety procedures
- Uphold brand standards through attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Oklahoma hospitality certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera, Marriott, etc.)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic first aid/CPR certification required
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for hospitality
