Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and special events
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid state driver's license (if driving duties required)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
