Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and floors throughout the facility.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial services, or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
