Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Strip and make beds, dust furniture, and clean bathrooms to a pristine condition.
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Follow all hotel policies and safety protocols, including COVID-19 guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rooms are cleaned efficiently.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to interact courteously with guests and staff.
