Responsibilities
- Sanitation & Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, and hallways according to strict health and safety standards.
- Bedmaking & Linens: Strip beds, change linens, and make beds to ensure a pristine, welcoming environment for guests.
- Supply Management: Restock rooms with amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper; monitor inventory levels.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, broken furniture, or safety hazards to the maintenance team immediately.
- Equipment Care: Properly clean, sanitize, and store cleaning equipment and chemicals after use.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping, custodial, or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently during the night shift.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
