Responsibilities
- Lead ideation and development of innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present innovation portfolios to executive leadership and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with $5M+ budgets
- Drive R&D initiatives aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals 2026
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic credential
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Global mindset with experience in cross-cultural innovation ecosystems
