Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating emerging trends into actionable business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with global research labs, think tanks, and academic institutions
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and Board of Directors with compelling data narratives
- Champion a culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and agile validation cycles
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists in advanced scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives (quantifiable impact required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech convergence, neurotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field certification
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation launches with $10M+ revenue impact
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics)
