Nebula Innovations is pioneering the 2026 Technology Roadmap, a revolutionary initiative designed to bridge the gap between current AI capabilities and the quantum computing era. We are seeking a visionary Lead AI & Quantum Architect to design the neural pathways of tomorrow.
In this high-impact role, you will spearhead the development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms and neuromorphic systems. You will work directly with our CTO and a world-class team of physicists and software engineers to build the infrastructure required for the next decade of technological advancement.

Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable quantum machine learning models for the 2026 infrastructure.
- Lead the research and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical vision and roadmap.
- Optimize neural network architectures for post-silicon hardware environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems under extreme workloads.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on deep learning and neural networks.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or hybrid computing environments.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Strong understanding of optimization techniques and system architecture.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and projects.
