Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional check-in/check-out services to all guests
- Manage reservation systems and ensure accurate room assignments
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Uphold hotel standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
