Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize property management systems (Opera, Fidelio) for room assignments and inventory
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for occasional errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Multilingual skills (Spanish/Chinese) highly valued
